Our suar root wood console table is a unique, handcrafted furniture piece made from the durable, visually striking root systems of the fast-growing suar (rain tree). The wood features dramatic, interlocked grain patterns and rich color variations, ranging from light yellow sapwood to deep, chocolate-brown heartwood within a single piece. Using the root adds an especially raw, organic, and sometimes asymmetrical form, making each table a one-of-a-kind statement piece. The tables are handmade by our experienced artisans in Jepara, Indonesia, a globally recognized center for intricate wood carving and furniture production.
